- Grilled Poblano Salsa

- Ingredients:
- 4 fresh Jalepenos
- 4 fresh Serranos
- 2 large Poblano Peppers (Roasted over charcoal or in the oven)
- + cup chopped onion
- 3 Cloves garlic minced
- 2 cans Tomatoes and Chilies
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- , cup vinegar
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 2 tsp salt

- Cut stems and seeds out of all peppers. Chop and combine
- everything in a blender or food processor.
- Makes about 1 quart.
